More Cheese Please

We have been doing some basic sign language with Ali for a while now. She is very good at "more" and has recently mastered "all done". (We haven't done a lot with Ethan yet... since he never wants "more" food...) Tonight at dinner she wanted cheese. I showed her the sign for the first time, and she immediately copied it. Then she used it appropriately for the rest of the meal! Wow, that was cool! How exciting, maybe she has figured out the concept of signs and we can teach her more. Now, to find the sign for peas and carrots...
