A colleague of mine asked me how I was doing today in my "new normal" lifestyle, and I liked the connotation that brought to what life as a new parent was like.
So here in my "new normal" are a few random behaviors as noticed by me:
1. Ethan has started to mimic Allison's "ooooh" sound when she sees something she's excited about.
2. Ethan's using his legs more and more as we continue to help him with standing, kneeling, etc.
3. Allison has an old cloth purse from Lisa that she loves to carry over her shoulder and she pushes a walker like a shopping cart. We're in trouble...
4. The greatest part of winter so far is that Ali loves to hug her winter coat like a teddy bear.
5. Both kids are saying "b" sounds and might be on the verge of saying "ball" and "bubbles" (a favorite book of theirs this week,), and "Bobo" (a character in another favorite book).
