About the baby gates - I forgot to mention that the other big problem... The cat. Tamlin is something like 13 years old now and I don't think she can jump over a gate, especially at the top of the stairs.
Is there a solution to my picky gate problem?
1. We don't want to screw anything into our wood banister at the top & bottom of the stairs.
2. The cat has to be able to get through, not over.
It's a lot to ask, I know!
You don't know how bad I want to come over and scoop both of them up! Things have been crazy at our house Don was gone for 2 weeks and our kids have been passing around the stomache bug (something you guys definately don't need) Hopefully things have settled down now and I can set something up to get over there. Monica had mentioned she would love to come over and play sometime too. Maybe we can both come one morning and give mom some time off. Let me know when you could use somebody the next 2 weeks.
ReplyDeleteOpps silly me guess I need to identify myself huh? The previous post was left by Val the slightly airheaded RT hee hee.
ReplyDeleteOne of the girls I work with ordered gates from here. She didn't want to drill holes in her banister either and found one here.
