Ethan had a major milestone today. The doctor finally gave him clearance to attend a family gathering. I am so thankful that the cold/flu/rsv season is finally nearing its end! So, we packed up both kids and made the short trek over to the Lachnitt family Easter luncheon. Actually the kids were fashionably late because, of course, they both wanted to nap when it was time to leave. It was a smaller group than normal, so thankfully the noise level was kept to a dull roar. The kids did a great job with only a few tears of overstimulation shed. Ali is scared of Molly (the dog). Ethan didn't pay much attention.
(We also found out tonight that Ali is scared of the big, bad blender. Or maybe it was just that she did not care to try green beans... )
Oh yes, and the Easter bunny left presents! Bicycle helmets for the upcoming summer. Thank you Easter Bunny!!
