Ethan is continuing to recover from yesterday's surgery. He's a tough little guy. Nurse Holly told us this morning that he pulled out his ventilator tube last night! They're giving him meds for pain as needed, when he gets fussy and agitated. I can imagine he doesn't feel very good today. I am so glad that the surgery went well, but I can't wait until he is recovered from this surgery and can really start feeling better. Hopefully that will be soon. By the way, this was our view (from Allison's room) of Ethan's surgery.
Allison continues to do very well. Her big goal right now is still to learn to breastfeed. She did a good job and stayed awake the whole time this afternoon. That was exciting! They have not talked about dates for bringing her home, but this is our last big hurdle for her.Grandpa and Grandma Klostermann are here for a visit to meet their new grandchildren for the first time. Ali is pooped from playing with grandma! :)

Ethan - 3 lbs. 5 oz.
Congrats to Alli and her mom and dad. YFGA was thinking of you all day today wondering if you made it home. Can't wait to see you there!
