As you can see by the picture, Allison is done with this place! :) She's just a little champ with eating. We're up to two breastfeedings per shift now. I'm not exactly sure how this will work with scheduling... since that means eating at 9 pm and midnight. Guess I may be having some late nights - just a taste of what is to come!

Ethan is finally looking more alert after his surgery. He had a fit earlier today and scared us a little. The nurses thought that his vent tube had come out, but it turns out that they just needed to suction ton of junk out of it. He was on very low settings, and the doctor decided that it was causing more irritation and secretions than it was helping. So, he's off the vent and back on cpap.

It's been a busy day of visitors today! Ron & Rhonda Jones came by, then my dad, Georgia, and my Grandma Martha. Chris's friend Mike Dankert. And Jeff and Jenny are coming later. Whew! It's been nice to have the company though. Grandpa Mike and Great-Grandma Martha really enjoyed holding Allie for the first time.

We are hoping that Ethan will be able to move back into the same room with Allison soon. They'll be roommates again when Ethan graduates to the oxygen by cannula. Hopefully that will be soon!
