Ethan has been up and back down again with his co2. His right upper lobe was a bit collapsed yesterday and is better today. Ahh, this is tiresome to say the least.
In better news, the developmental specialist (who is a physical therapist) recommended that we hold Ethan cradled in our arm rather than kangaroo. He has been arching his back a lot when he is mad, and she thinks he's getting too used to this position. So, not only will holding him cradled in our arms help him 'tuck' the other way, it lets us see his eyes! Yesterday we read books, we sang, and we looked at each other. It's definitely time for him to have more 'social' time. When he went back to bed he was calm and alert. We gave him a little soccer ball beanbag (thanks Grandma!). He held on to it, waved it around, and batted at it. Super cute. I took video with my phone, so I'll have to play around with converting it to a format I can post.
