Dr. Barden said yesterday that he thinks Ethan is starting to get better. Today, Ethan's CO2 has been up and down and his vent have followed suit. He has had lots of secretions - the suction machine is his friend - which could mean the pneumonia is breaking up, or it could mean he has another bug. They did more blood tests today to make sure. it seems like we are in somewhat of a holding pattern. He has to get better soon, doesn't he?
Allison has her 2 month checkup and vaccinations this week. I can't believe Alli and Ethan were 8 weeks last Thursday!
