We're playing musical vents this week... Ethan is now back on the 'conventional' vent. Apparently he did not the oscillator at all. Not only did it prevent him from turning his head, it made his co2 go up to 100. So, now on the conventional vent he's back down to 80. Not super, but about what he was on with the Jet. The good news about this is that there is no more vibrating. No more random alarms that don't mean much. No more thud thud thud thud thud. Yeah! And it only took one nurse to get him out of bed and into my arms. :) It will be so exciting if he gets to stay on this one.
On a very cute note, Ethan's thumb found his mouth today while I was holding him. He was sucking away, around his tube of course.
